The Department of English at L D Arts College, in collaboration with Fanatika Theatre, organized a groundbreaking event – an International Webinar on Theatre titled Natya Yagya. The two-day event unfolded on March 20-21, 2021, marking a significant milestone in the realm of performing arts.
Natya Yagya, a brainchild of Chintan Pandya, the Founder of Fanatika Theatre and an alumnus of L D Arts College, aimed to bring together Indian and International artistes on a common virtual platform. Chintan Pandya, an Internationally recognized artiste, graciously accepted our invitation, adding a unique dimension to the event.
Outcome of the Activity:
The success of Natya Yagya can be attributed to the collaborative efforts of the Department of English and Fanatika Theatre. The event witnessed the active participation of both Indian and International artistes, contributing to its distinctive and multicultural essence. Chintan Pandya’s involvement not only lent credibility to the event but also served as a source of pride for the college, given his status as a former student.
