Admission Procedure

    Online Application Form
    Once you have selected the program and checked the eligibility criteria, fill out the online admission form. Kindly ensure that you provide accurate information and complete all required fields.

    Upload Documents
    Upload the necessary documents, such as certificates, results, identification proof, passport-sized photographs, and any other documents required for your chosen program.

    Application Review
    Our admission committee will then review your application and the documents you shared to ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria for the specific course you selected.

    Once your application is reviewed and approved by our admission committee, we will inform you about the same via call or email.

Merit-Based Selection

  • For some programs, admission may be merit-based. We will inform you about the selection process, which may include entrance exams, interviews, or other evaluations.
  • Admissions are granted on the basis of merit; no change in any course can be allowed later. No Fees will be refunded.

Important Information:

  • Please note that the original mark sheet shall be retained by the College and will not be returned to the student until 30th August. This complies with the directive issued by the University.
  • Admission is non-transferable and cannot be cancelled under any circumstance. The Principal will not entertain any cancellation requests.

Admission Policy

Students should carefully read the Admission Rules, Disciplinary Inquiry and Punishment Rules displayed on the notice board before seeking admission to this College. (Banner)

  • Computer subjects fee (Rs. 500/-)will be charged separately.
  • Students opting Psychology or Geography as main subject shall pay Rs.70/- per term as Lab fee as per University. Norms.
  • Exam fee Rs. 250/- ( Without practical Fee) and Rs.300/- (With Practical fee) will be charged separately for F.Y.& S.Y B.A.Students.
  • Self finance students will pay Rs.4000/- more (for Boys) and Rs.5000/- more (for Girls) as a tuition Fee than grant-in-aid fee structure.
  • Students seeking admission to this college will be required, on a compulsory basis, to make an AFFIDAVIT on a prescribed form that they shall attend 75% of the total number of actual lectures delivered in each semester separately.
  • A candidate must have at least 75% attendance, have satisfactory performance in class participation for each course, and must have appeared in the college internal written test to be eligible for the grant of a semester.
  • Students who have below 75% attendance shall apply for condonation in the prescribed form with the Assurance letter along with a Rs. 500 deposit as a financial guarantee.
  • Students cannot appear in college internal examinations if they do not have sufficient attendance. Students who have not appeared in the college internal examination are not eligible to appear for the university examination.
  • The following shall be the uniform policy regarding internal attendance marks for U.G. and P.G. classes (CBCS).

  • No admission shall be given to any student in the second, fourth, sixth, or eighth semester of the current academic year who has not attended sufficient lectures delivered in the first, third, fifth, or seventh semester, and the University Examination form shall be withdrawn in all cases where the student’s attendance is insufficient.
  • A late fee or penalty ranging from Rs. 100 to Rs. 500 shall be charged on the late deposit of the examination form, the semester fee, etc., after the stipulated dates.
  • There will be no tuition fee for female students at U.G. Level.
